Account data (name, email, hashed password), workspace content you create (niches, reports, alert rules), and product usage events. Payment details never touch our servers: checkout and subscription management are handled by RevenueCat with Stripe as the payment processor, and we store only your plan and subscription status.
We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad trackers, and creator/video metrics shown in the product are derived from publicly available information.
Analytics are first-party only: page views and product events are stored on our own servers and shared with no one. Visitor counting is cookieless and pseudonymous (a daily-rotating hash — we never store your IP address or browser details). To understand which channels people arrive from, we set one first-party cookie (gs_attr) remembering the source of your first visit for 30 days; it identifies a referral source, not you, and is never shared. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: with either enabled, no page views are recorded and no cookie is set.
Transactional emails (alerts, digests, invitations) are sent via Resend. Every digest has an off switch in Settings → Tracking.
Delete your account from Settings → Account and all personal data is removed within 30 days. You can download a full JSON export of your data any time from the same page — or email support@heraldcast.exampleand we'll send it to you.
